CPL introduced a crucial opportunity for improvements, expansion, and integral development to the Salisbury Hospital, a project which started in 2019 and is now being carried forward for inclusion in the upcoming Local Plan.  CPL was the conceptual land developer and key stakeholder liaison, bringing the property owner and the Hospital Trust together at the early stages of the process. CPL’s development vision created the opportunity to fulfil critical healthcare facility upgrades while identifying a valuable opportunity for an agricultural landowner.  

The project will be an important source for economic development in Salisbury proper and the wider Wiltshire Council. The development lands adjacent the hospital propose a central location for research and development, education, and healthcare partnerships to succeed while improving everyday operations at the existing hospital site.
