Replacement of large arable and livestock buildings
The redevelopment of a site of redundant agricultural buildings and yard into four well designed, desirable country dwellings.
During this project Cherrington Planning Ltd. (CPL) designed the site layout to meet village need and satisfy applicable planning policy. The team communicated with the community and the local planning authority on all aspects throughout the process. In securing the final design CPL negotiated a Section 106 agreement to re-route a footpath and establish land for nitrate-offsetting with the acting government organizations respectively. A developer was then appropriately identified and arranged to build out for 4 quality homes as agreed within the planning permission.
