Typically, our team is approached by landowners looking to realise the potential in their land either within, or adjacent to village and town centres.  In other instances, CPL can identify distinct features and policy opportunities where our expertise might enhance land value for the owner. We would then reach out to discuss a prescribed approach that could work in the proprietor’s favour.

If the landowner does not wish to fund the planning themselves, there are funding options that can be discussed on presentation of the proposal. The nature of planning is that no guarantees can be given but the financial returns on a consent being granted are substantial.
