In 2018 our planning proposal of an additional farmhouse and a terrace of three cottages for social housing was created with the help of Cherrington Planning Ltd. The CPL team consulted closely with the local council and parish community throughout the process to create a comprehensive scheme that now enhances the areas natural appeal and provides quality social housing of a scale that compliments the village need. Any objections to the proposal were answered in a transparent and professional manner with CPL helping us to effectively navigate the planning system from early design concept to clearing down the necessary planning conditions through build out.
